I have been working and pumping for the past 14 months. I went back to work when my son was 3 months old. I was lucky enough to use accrued sick time and vacation time to supplement my pay during my maternity leave. My employer has been great with allowing me to pump. The only thing that isn't ideal is that I pump in the back room with little privacy. Luckily I work in a lingerie store, so all of the employees are ok with boobs. I didn't push the issue for a private, non-bathroom space because it doesn't bother me and despite a few questions from coworkers, no one cares.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00428603529684120618noreply@blogger.com
